Our Surrey Mobile Command Center contains the following features:

EXTERIOR
*The exterior of the unit features durable white gel coat fiberglass. 

*These seamless walls, feature high line radius windows, as well as, a radius door. 

*All wall supports are made of 2x2 and 2x3 construction.  

*The walls include hand cut fiberglass insulation for added comfort.

 

ROOF

*The rubber roof system includes rubber roof material over 7/16 OSB board mounted to a 2x6 truss system. 

*The roof is crowned  to aid in water run off.

 

FLOOR

*All flooring material is placed over 5/8 grade tongue and groove plywood. 

*The floor stringers are 2x4's on center.  

*Vinyl floor covering will be placed in the rear conference area, while the forward section will be covered with vinyl       flooring material. 

*The restroom floor features rubber flooring material. 

*The fuel storage and battery mount area at the generator will be aluminum tread plate.

 

INTERIOR WALLS

*All wall surfaces will be white in color and will be covered in smooth white (1) piece seamless fiberglass. 

*This wall surface may be used as a marker board.

 

ELECTRIC 110VOLT

*A 5,500 watt Onan commercial generator shall be in a generator compartment. 

*The generator does have remote electric start and an hour meter which is located inside the unit. 

*The unit contains an 18 gallon fuel capacity. (The marine style tanks are located in a dedicated compartment.) 

*A removable 25 ft. 30 amp power cord is provided with the unit. 

*(1) battery in a vented battery case will be provided and located in the generator compartment for the purpose of starting the generator only. 

*A 75 amp solid state power converter which converts 110volt AC power to 12volt DC.

*(2) Distribution panels.

*The converter has an automatic transfer switch when the generator comes online.

*(1) 30 amp to 15 amp plug adaptor which allows the unit to be plugged into a standard household outlet.  This will allow the basic power features of the unit to operate efficiently.

*(1) hand held polarity tester will be provided, allowing for verification of proper polarity when using power other than the onboard generator.

 

AWNING

*(1) 21 ft. roll out awning will be in place on the door side of the unit.

*A 19 ft. awning rail shall be in place on the off door side (road side) of the unit.  This rail would allow for a second 19 ft. awning to be installed on the roadside.

 

VENTILATION, HEATING, & COOLING

*4 Season capability with central ducted heat & air conditioning.

*Power roof vents (4) conference/rehab area, work station, and restroom.

*13,500 BTU air conditioner (central ducted)

*35,000 BTU forced air furnace (ducted)

*Dual 30 # gas cylinders with auto change regulator will provide LP for the 35,000 BTU Forced Air Furnace.

 

COMFORT STATION

*A toilet with holding tank, sink, shower, and exhaust fan, rubber flooring, and fiberglass walls in the restroom. 

*The restroom is equipped with interior and exterior entrance doors.  This can reduce traffic passing through the work station.  

*A heavy duty swing out hand rail will be in place at the restroom steps.

 

ELECTRONICS, CAMERAS, MONITORS, RECORDING EQUIPMENT, & P A SYSTEMS

* (1) Crank up camera tower with a color camera shall be in place.

*The camera tower allows for 360 degree viewing and recording of activities surrounding the unit.

*The camera tower is well above any emergency vehicle that  may be responding to the incident.

*An all weather housing makes the camera usable in all weather conditions.

*Equipped with an electric lens heater, the camera will be kept free of fog or frost.

*The camera is able to be monitored on a 13" TV/VCR system which enables up to 6 hrs. of record time.

*A lighted wall switch will be in place to when the power to the camera is on.  Likewise, a lighted switch indicates when the electronic lens heater is enabled.  These switches will eliminate accidentally powering up the camera and lens heater.

*A commercial grade TV antenna with signal amplification will provided, allowing local television, media coverage,  or helicopter images to be monitored when coupled with the 13" TV/VCR .

*A P A System is equipped with an exterior microphone, 4 speakers, and 2 speaker horns which are located on the side of the unit.

*Multiple telephone jacks are in place within the Surrey Mobile Command Center.

*A weather station is in place on a crank up tower which is mounted on the roof.  This wireless system includes a desktop display, as well as, a hand held remote display.  The hand held display allows you to constantly monitor wind and weather changes without being inside the unit.

 

LIGHTS

*Fluorescent interior ceiling lights with wall switches will be installed.

*Additional fluorescent lighting is mounted under the cabinetry and above the work counters.

*A total of (5) Qwick Light flush mount scene lights will be in place on the unit.  (1) light will be in place on the rear on the unit, while (2) Qwick Lights will be mounted on each side of the command center.

*(2) Qwick Light light towers will be provided with the unit.  Each light tower is equal to (2) 500 watt quartz lights.

*Available Option:  (6) light towers rather than (2).

*(2) Strobe lights which are "green in color" are mounted on the roof of the unit. The green colored strobes are to indicate the command center.   (1) strobe light is located at the front of the unit, while the other is located at the rear.

*Super bright, low power draw LED step lights are in place at the pull out steps.  This allows for high visibility at the step area.

*All ICC lights are super bright LED technology.  These state of the art lights the most visibility, low power requirements, and are maintenance free.  An upper body brake light and turn signals are also provided.

*(1) Incandescent light is operational at the step area located by the restroom.

*All exterior compartments have lights and wall mounted switches.

*(1) "Hook Up" hitch light is located on the power tongue jack of the unit.  This enables for easier hook up of the unit.

 

REAR CONFERENCE/REHAB AREA

*The rear transport area includes a vinyl floor and a 30 inch entrance door to the conference /rehab area.  This reduces unnecessary traffic passing through the work station area.

*Fold down vinyl covered seating is secured to the side walls, allowing there use as a conference area or rehab area when used with one of the (2) folding tables that are provided.

*(1) table is constructed of the same material used in the construction of the countertops.

*The other folding table is constructed of high quality plastic featuring a smooth surface and a raised table edge that will allow for up to 2 quarts of spilled liquid.

*Either of the tables may be used outside the command center when the need for a work station or rehab area arises.

*Storage of both tables is made easy in the designated storage area with in the transport area.

*A bi-fold door conveniently separates the transport area from the work center.

*Fluorescent lights are in place to provide ample interior lighting.

*Overhead cabinetry is also provided.

*A rear ramp and tie down hardware is included with models which transport ATV's.

 

WATER & WASTE MANAGEMENT

*City water hook is standard with garden hose connection.

*On board pressure water system with a 12 volt pump.

*A rapid dump drain will allow for quick draining of the fresh water tank.

*(1) black water tank for toilet waste will be in place along with a 42 gallon capacity gray water tank for the sink and shower waste water.

*The command center utilizes a standard RV water/waste drain system.

y wash down showers and an onboard shower are installed.

*Exterior showers are contained within compartments with thumb locks, so access will not be restricted at any time.

*An exterior mounting bracket is in place and the shower features a hand held shower head with a water shut off switch built into the head.

*The design is ideal for fine wash down, as well as, ideal for rinsing mud off of dive gear.

*The emergency wash down system is pressurized by a 12 volt pump.

*A stainless steel RV sink is featured in the front counter space.

*Both the black and fresh water tanks are equipped with heaters to prevent them from freezing up in inclement weather.

*The heaters each have a lighted wall switch which are on each tank.  The switches indicate when the heaters are on, this eliminates accidentally powering or leaving on the heaters.

 

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES AND APPOINTMENTS

*Only Formica brand countertops are used in the Surrey Mobile Command Center and are built with plywood underlayment.

*No particle board is used in countertop construction

*A 4.4 cubic inch apartment sized refrigerator is placed under the counter.

*(1) secondary work station will be on the road side of the unit with phone jacks and power points AC & DC, and overhead cabinets with power outlets.   (2) computer work stations (less the computers) are located on the curb side of the unit.

*A microwave oven with turn table is located on the off door side of the unit.

*The communication center features a Formica countertop for computers, etc.

*Surrey provides (3) padded task chairs for use at the work stations.  Chairs come equipped with travel restraints.

*Shelving and overhead cabinets are available at all work stations.

*A 12 volt receptacle is installed at the main work station.

*110 volt duplex receptacles are located above the shelf at the main work station.

*There are dedicated space & power points for portables, flashlights, and chargers.

*(3) 110 volt receptacles are located at countertop level for each work station.

*Surrey can install a radio antenna which you have provided.

*Both lower and overhead cabinetry are constructed of white fiberglass. 

*Overhead cabinetry is placed above the folding couches in the conference area.

*Large book racks are installed for manuals.

*A power tongue jack, (4) stabilizer crank down jacks, and safety chains are included.

*Tandem axles are available with brakes on all wheels.

*Rear skid wheels are included.
