Our Surrey Mobile Command Center contains the following features:

*The frame of the unit shall be of 2”x 8” 3/16” thick steel.
*An adjustable 2-5/16" ball coupler shall be provided. a welded steel battery rack shall be in place as well as H/D safety chains.
*A power tongue Jack with hook up light shall be provided.
*Crank down stabilizer jacks shall be provided.

*Tandem axles with conventional leaf springs shall be in place.
*H/D ST rated tires mounted on white mod wheels shall be provided.
*There shall be brakes on all four wheels.
*A spare tire & wheel shall be provided.

*Durable white gloss gel-coat fiberglass exterior.

*The walls are seamless, high line Radius windows and radius doors shall be in place.

*Wall supports are 2x2 and 2x3 with hand cut fiberglass insulation.

*An ATP rock guard shall be in place on the front of the unit.

*Lighted Grab handles shall be in place Lighted non skid steps shall be in place.

*These shall be double steps and fold away for travel.

*Rubber roof system TPO (includes) rubber roof material over 7/16 OSB board mounted to 2x6 truss system.

*The roof will be crowned to aid in water run off.
*Double roof insulation shall be in place.
*Air Conditioning ducts shall be built into the roof.

*All flooring material is placed over 5/8 exterior grade tongue and groove plywood.
*The stringers are 2x4’s on 12”center.
*The rear radio area will be covered with vinyl.
*The forward section will be covered with vinyl flooring material.
*The rest room floor will be rubber.
*The fuel storage and battery mount area at the generator will be aluminum tread plate.

*All wall surfaces will be white in color and covered in smooth white 1 piece seamless fiberglass. (this can be used as marker board)
*(3) Cork board shall be provided (1) in each room

*A 7,000 watt Onan Commercial Generator shall be in a compartment.
*The generator will have remote electric start and an hour meter located inside the unit
*18 gal. Fuel capacity. (marine tanks in a dedicated compartment)
*A removable 30 amp power cord of 25ft. in length is provided.
*(1) battery shall be located on the tongue for the starting of the generator only.

*A battery case will be provided.
*75 amp solid state power converter .(converts 110v AC to 12v DC)
*(2) distribution panels.
*The converter shall have a automatic transfer switch when the generator is put on line.
*50 amp to 30 amp and 30 amp to 15 amp plug adapter. (allows a standard household outlet to provide
basic power)
*A hand held polarity tester. (allows verification of proper polarity
*When using power other than the onboard generator.
*(1) deep cycle Interstate Battery with heavy duty case shall be frame
mounted. This battery will provide short term power for all 12v needs other than starting the generator.
*(4) outside power outlets shall be provided (2) each side.

*21ft. roll out awning will be in place on the door side.
*19ft. of awning rail shall be in place on the road side
of the unit. This rail would allow for a second 19ft. awning to be installed on the road side .

*4 season capability with central ducted heat & air conditioning.
*Power roof vents (4) conference/rehab area, work station and rest room.
*A CO detector shall be provided.
*(3 ) smoke detectors shall be provided.
*An LP gas leak detector shall be provided.
*Dual 13,500btu air conditioning. (central ducted)
*35,000btu forced air furnace. (ducted)
*Dual 30# gas cylinders with auto change regulator will provide LP for the 35,000 BTU forced air furnace.

*A toilet with holding tank, sink, and exhaust fan, rubber floors and fiberglass walls in rest room.

*The rest room is equipped with interior and exterior entrance doors.

* This can reduce traffic passing through the work station.

*A heavy duty swing out hand rail will be in place at the rest room steps.


*(1) “Qwick Light” crank up camera tower with color camera shall be in place.
*The tower allows 360o viewing and recording of activities surrounding the unit.
*The camera are well above any emergency vehicle that may be in the area.
*An all weather camera housings shall be in place.
*An electric lens heater is provided to eliminate camera fogging or frosting in damp cool weather.
*The cameras will be monitored on a 13” TV/VCR combo with up to 6 hr. recording time per tape.
*Lighted wall switches shall be in place to indicate camera power is on or that camera lens heaters are on, this will eliminate accidentally having lens heater or camera on.
*A commercial TV antenna with signal amplification and a 13” TV/VCR will be provided allowing you to monitor local television coverage or news helicopter pictures, should your situation be comprised by the media.
*PA system complete with exterior microphone jack.

*There shall be 4 speakers utilized in the system. 2 exterior speaker horns shall be on each side of the unit.
*Multiple telephone jacks will be in place. 

*Stereo am/fm with 2 speakers includes a roof mount antenna. (allows you to monitor local radio if needed)
*Radio antennas provided by you will be installed at no charge.

LIGHTS 110v and 12v
*Fluorescent interior ceiling lights with wall switch.
*Fluorescent lights under cabinets, over work counters.
*12 volt dome lights shall be in outside storage compartments
*Two Qwick Light (2) light tower shall be roof mounted.
*Each Qwick Light (2) light tower shall be equal in light to (2) 500 watt quartz lights
*The scene lights shall be controlled by a wall switch at work station.
*2 roof strobe lights “green in color” will be in place. 1 front and 1 rear.
*Roof strobes will be green in color to indicate Command.
*Step lights at pull out steps(“super bright” LED’s for low power demand.)
*All ICC lights are state of the art super bright LED technology, offering the most visible lights, lower power requirements and no maintenance.

*An upper body brake light and turn signals are provided for added safety during transport.
*(1) entrance light shall be in place at the rest room steps.
*All exterior storage compartments will have lights and a wall switch.
*A hook up lights will be in place on power tongue jack.
*(6) Qwick Light scene lights (2) each side & 1 front & 1 rear.
*A Door Bell shall be provided.
*Back - Up Beeper shall be in place.

*The rear radio room will be equipped with 2 or 3 (option) work stations.
*O/H cabinets (or an open shelf style) shall be provided as well as base cabinets and power points.

*Formica brand laminate on plywood shall be provided.

*Particle board shall not be used.
*Any antennas provided by the customer shall be installed at no charge.
*This insures the proper equipment is installed.
*Fluorescent lights on the ceiling and under the O/H cabinets shall be provided.
*An emergency escape window shall be in place.
*Hinged door or sliding door.
*(2 or 3) task chairs shall be provided for this room, depends on # of work stations.

*This room is equipped with 2 work stations and a large amount of counter space allowing a work area for maps , charts and prints.
*There will be power points and phone jacks. Radio antennas can also be installed here.
*There will be O/H cabinets with power points for chargeable equipment and base cabinets.
*Fluorescent lights shall be in place
*An emergency escape window shall be provided
*Hinged door or sliding door.
*(2) task chairs shall be provided for this room.
*Large book racks shall be provided for Hazmat manuals etc.
*A storage are for folding tables shall be provided and will have coat hooks in place.
*A large conference area shall be provided allowing 2 tables and 12 chairs to be set up. (Chairs not provided)
*The area shall be equipped with fluorescent lights.
*A small work station with O/H cabinets and base cabinets shall be in place with appropriate lights and power points as well as phone jacks.
*A 110 volt 3.4 cu ft. apartment size refrigerator shall be built in with a counter with outlets for coffee etc and a microwave oven in the O/H cabinet.
*A bottle water cooler shall be provided.
*An entrance door shall be provided to this room on the off door side of the unit.
*(1) Task chair shall be provided for this room.

*City water hook up-std. Garden hose.
*On board pressure water system shall have a 12 volt pump.
*A fresh water tank shall be in place.
*(1) black water tank for toilet waste shall be in place and have 42 gal of capacity gray water tank for sink drain water shall be in place.
*standard RV water/waste drain system.
*Rear Skid Wheels.
